Ding 75 BST

Finally, after so many months, I hit 75 BST. Such a sense of accomplishment. This is just hours after getting back home from my trip. I can still feel the dramamine effect but its all good.

That makes BST my 4th Level 75 job. /grin. Time to cap exp, maybe get some merits in before working on RDM ^^

Levek 72 & 73

Hit Level 72 to 73 within a day of each other thanks to FOV, 3 Charge on Anniversary Ring, and 2 charge of Emperor Ring. EXP to 72 at Bhaflau Thickets on Leech/Colibri vs. Colibri with consistent chain #4's. Enjoyed myself at that camp even with it being unavailable during peak hours or forced out by others.

At 72, I moved to Ru'Aun Gardens and now I know why it's BST heaven. Subbed Whm for tele-mea, used the shattered telepoint for the Sky shortcut, grab FOV page 1, put on EXP ring and went crazy at the nearest elemental islands (I chose Seiryu island). So much fun. Constant chain #4's. Now that I'm at level73, I gotta be careful of pet choices cause some pets con DC.

71 BST

Well, hit 71 Bst last night. Hitting 70 previously was so fun cause I get to use my Optical Hat but now that I hit 71, I get to start the Pick of Trials latent breaking for Decimation. 300 Weapon skill points, solo lol. I wonder if I hit 73 by then lol. Here's a pic of the Pick of trials.. nice play on words eh? ^^ Was waiting for the airship to Bastok to start the Crawler's Nest Escort quest for the week and get some buffer from Campaign. Maybe I should switch nation now to get cheaper armor sets...

67 Beastmaster

I've been working on my BST lately and my usual camp spot is at Wajaom Woodlands H-12 and I'm having mixed feelings. I've died a few times at this camp due to charm issues, maybe using full AF for charm isnt such a good idea here, but its either this or Attohwa Chasm. I know there's other options like Pso'Xja but for now, I'll just take the bite and see how it goes. It just sucks when I keep seeing my exp around the 4-6K into 67 mark just cause I died but that's just the life of a BST I guess. Here's me in the rare photo op where I actually engage in fighting Puks, most of the time I just let the pets do all the dirty work cause wind shear sucks lol.

I gotta say though that BST is a fun class to play with regardless. Need to spend some time getting Gaudy Harness, Swift Belt and Herder's subligar but the exp grind bug is at its peak atm so will focus on exp first. Cant wait to get 68 and macro in Fourth Haube gear. If I can pass 67 that is.. /sigh...

After 5 years....

In 2004, I ventured into the world of Vana'diel with my character Zanz and was placed in Carbuncle. Now 5 years later and after many retirements and coming-out-of-retirements, I find myself still immersed in the Vana'diel of Final Fantasy 11. To commemorate my 5th year anniversary, I decided to try my hand in blogging certain snippets of my past but mostly of my present and future adventures.
